The Laveen Turkey Trot, sponsored by the nonprofit Laveen Community Council, returns on Thanksgiving Day.
Choose your course for the Turkey Trot as a 5K, 10K, or 1-Mile turkey run or jog on Thanksgiving Day. Whether you are running to win or doing a fun, leisurely run or walk, you are sure to enjoy your day.
The courses are professionally timed ultra-fast, flat looping course routes, and you stand a good chance of achieving your next PR (personal record or personal best); what a great way to start the day.
You are also benefiting Laveen Community Council, whic uses funds raised to support community youth organizatinos and scholarships for high school students.
